This beautiful Conference Centre offers a venue with different seating plans which can be flexibly configured for any conference or banqueting requirements and range of participants.

Conference facilities are offered at a Daily Package Price which is available on request per person per day and which includes the following:
- Rental of venue
- Morning Tea, Coffee and Biscuits
- A Special Conference Buffet Lunch
- Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Biscuits
- Screen
- Flip-chart Stand, excluding paper
Venue hire is N$115 per person per day, including projector, screen, flip chart and fibre WiFi.
Conference lunch buffet N$240 per person.
Further refreshments can be arranged, prices are available on request.
Prices for break-away rooms are available on request.
All prices include 15% VAT.
