At Von Bach Dam, teams are encouraged to take part in a range of activities that build stronger, cohesive and collaborative teams in a fun and educational environment.

The main objectives can vary from team to team. Our activities are based in nature and structured to your specific needs.

Below is a summary of the different activities that build a more cohesive, collaborative team.

    Highlights how easily instructions can be misinterpreted and why active, two-way listening matters. It also includes guidance on giving and receiving feedback.

    Breaks down personal space barriers quickly and takes collective coordination to solve.
